We are a well established, co-educational Sixth Form (we admit boys and girls), steeped in tradition and offer a first class experience for our students. Calday is an all-inclusive Sixth Form and we welcome applications from external students.
Selection of the ‘right’ Sixth Form can be one of the most important decisions students and parents have to make. Our thriving Sixth Form provides an exciting environment for students to excel and achieve personal and academic success.
We are a vibrant and happy community where students are given every opportunity to flourish academically and to develop their skills and talents as individuals. Our committed team of teaching and support staff work in partnership with students and parents to personalise the Sixth Form experience to each student’s needs and aspirations.
An extensive extra-curricular programme enriches and extends the curriculum, allowing each student to explore and develop his or her personal talents and interests. Wide ranging opportunities for leadership enable students to develop the skills, knowledge and qualities they will need to be leaders of the future.
Whilst we expect all students to strive for academic excellence and reach their potential, we also highly value students’ personal development and their contribution to our school and to the local and international community.
When our Sixth Form students leave Calday Grange Grammar School, they are mature, articulate and well-rounded young people. They are confident in their ability to succeed and make a significant contribution to the wider world. We are proud to have an extensive alumni; many of whom keep in contact with the school and inspire our current student body.
